Hello, my name is Chris, I’m a fitness junkie and a very big fan of Superman, so I decided to create a blog to pay my tribute to some of the things that I do in my life that have made me a better person. For many years I have battled my weight and my love of food and I finally made piece with the fact that I cannot eat anything I want and I feel much better and look much better this way. I’ll periodically create posts about my diet, my exercise regime or just my lifestyle in general. I am also an engineer and I love science so most of my advice will be based on a convergence of scientific studies and things I have discovered over the years of working out. My journey is far from over. I’m in pursuit of < 10% body fat while maintaining my weight at around 220 lbs. With the Man of Steel as my motivation, along with the help of some friends, I’m sure I’ll reach my goals and I’d like as many of you as possible to come along and join me.
